An Evening of Brags

Have you been taught it's not good to brag, people don't like braggarts, or you shouldn't toot your own horn?

Forget that! See how bragging is reframed, and why we should celebrate ourselves and other women.

“Bragging is about becoming more of who you are and bringing forward your best parts with authenticity, pride, and enthusiasm. It’s about telling your story in a way the showcases your strengths. It’s a way of building a bridge to others and to better opportunities.” ~ Peggy Klaus, Brag! The Art of Tooting Your Own Horn Without Blowing It

A Happy Hour of Sisterhood and Brags

Let's celebrate good news, new growth, accomplishments, and the women we are!

Bring a beverage of your choice.

RSVP to receive the Zoom details.

Structured Vision

with Stephanie Zapata

IMG_17081.jpg

We're kicking off 2021 talking about health and mindset.

Stephanie Zapata is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She helps people achieve healthy body and mind. Her clients are empowered to control food addiction and food addiction symptoms (overeating, food cravings, emotional eating, and stress eating) using a scientifically proven method to make it easier to reprogram the mind and prevent self-sabotaging behaviors.

Stephanie’s own weight loss journey started in October 2018. Fast forward to April 2020, she was furloughed and not a binge watcher, so she decided to learn more about Health Coaching to pay forward what she had learned and help others while being accountable to herself. She is now down 43 lbs and went from a size 14 to a size 8! The non-scale victories are better than the weight loss – “I have tons of energy, sleep better, started jogging and overall, I’m in a great place. I feel amazing and love seeing my clients have these successes and so much more – several are off their medications; this is life changing.”

Stephanie’s interests include: Gardening, dancing, spending time with her 16 y/o son, walking and hiking with her fur babies, cooking, yoga and much more.

Zoom details will be emailed Monday, January 11th.
